So here it goes again,

I like the sepia =D and I relly like the contrast and how that was broguht out. I also notice the focus was on the sign and the one side of the hawk which is really cool because the wings being blurred infer the flying and the feet being blurred infer the falling. :) Way to go.

You really should raise the compression level; those bands are very distracting. Great shot, though.
